Health Tracker

For the past month I have been on a health tracker kick. I downloaded this awesome little app on my phone (S Health- but you can use any health tracker) to keep a log of what I am eating each day, how much water I am drinking, my workouts, etc. You add your weight, height, and how active you are throughout the week and it will give you amount of calories you should be eating daily for your body, along with protein, carbs and fats you should be consuming as well. I can honestly say that I love this app and have even learned a lot about myself! (Example: I am usually great about drinking the appropriate amount of water per day, but I do slack occasionally.) This helps keep me and my habits on track! I strongly recommend this app for anyone who is trying to live a healthier lifestyle!

Look Great- Feel Great

It’s no secret that when you look good, you feel good! By staying active, healthy and fit, along with taking a little bit of time to coordinate the right outfit, you will feel on top of the world! It all starts with YOU! Feeling down? Dolls- Throw on your favorite pair of heels that make you feel sexy. Guys- Take an extra five minutes to perfect your hair.
