What is Earthing?

Walking barefoot on the earth, also known as "earthing" or "grounding," has gained attention in recent years due to the potential health benefits it can offer. Some potential benefits of walking barefoot on the earth include: Connection to Nature: Walking barefoot allows for direct contact with the earth, providing a sense of connection to nature.
