I am so excited and  looking forward for  what's to come in 2022!  I have new programs coming out, a lot of new collaborations happening and something fun brewing for 2022! Gratitude, gratitude, gratitude. The attitude of gratitude!

  Giving gratitude and being grateful in not a one-time, one-day a year thing. Being grateful is an everyday of every year kind of commitment. Here are a few simple ways you can start showing more gratitude in your everyday life- Start a gratitude journal. Yes, I know I say this  all   the time, but it really works! Buy a nice journal and begin writing! I like to write 1 thing that I am grateful for first thing in the morning, right after I wake up, along with 1 thing that happened that day, that I am grateful for, before bed.  Plant a tree or flowers Tell your friends, family, and loved ones how grateful you are to have them in your life and why you are grateful for them Give back to your community: Give your time or donate money, canned food, or previously used items to those in need Go for a walk outside and be mindful.
