  The holiday's can be fun, but it can be a bit stressful at times! 😫🤯 3 tips to help manage the holiday stress: ✨ Be mindful! Focus on your breathing (especially in tense situations). If you feel overwhelmed, take a minute to yourself and just BREATHE! ✨ Stay hydrated and maintain a healthy and balanced diet. The holidays are when most of us pack on a few extra pounds. It's okay to indulge in those fabulous feasts, but in between holiday dinners and cookies, be mindful with what you eat. Remember it's all about balance! ✨ Don't forget to carve out time for yourself! For me, I love to unwind with a hot bubble bath and a relaxing face mask! These are my favorite!
