Gratitude has proven positive effects on your energy, physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually. Here are some ways it shifts your energy positively:
.
1. Raises Your Vibration
Gratitude aligns you with higher vibrational states, such as joy, love, and peace.
Energetically, you move from states like fear, lack, or frustration toward abundance and openness. This makes you more receptive to good things in your life, creating a flow of positive energy.
2. Balances and Strengthens Your Aura/Energy Field
Practicing gratitude promotes emotional regulation, helping reduce stress and negativity. This keeps your auric field (the energetic field around your body) strong and resilient, preventing energy leaks.
3. Supports Chakra Alignment
Gratitude activates the heart chakra by creating unconditional love, compassion, and connection with others. It also opens the crown chakra, enhancing your sense of connection to something greater than yourself, such as the universe or divine energy.
With these energy centers in balance, you feel more centered and aligned with your higher purpose.
4. Transforms Negative Energy
When you focus on gratitude, your mindset shifts away from lack or what’s going wrong. This helps transmute heavy or stagnant energies into lighter, more positive ones.
Gratitude helps dissolve negative patterns by focusing on what's already good, creating a cycle of positivity.
5. Enhances Manifestation Power
By expressing gratitude, you affirm abundance and set the stage for more of it to enter your life. Gratitude shifts your energy to a state of “having,” which is essential in attracting and manifesting more positive experiences.
6. Improves Mental and Physical Energy
On a physiological level, gratitude reduces cortisol (the stress hormone) and boosts serotonin and dopamine, which contribute to better mood and energy levels.
This mental uplift creates more physical vitality, allowing you to move through the day with greater ease.
7. Deepens Connection with Others
Gratitude strengthens your energy bonds with others by promoting kindness, empathy, and appreciation. This creates energetic exchanges that are mutually uplifting and supportive.
Giving gratitude and being grateful in not a one-time, one-day a year thing. Being grateful is an everyday of every year kind of commitment.
Here are a few simple ways you can start showing more gratitude in your everyday life:
Start a gratitude journal. Yes, I know I say this all the time, but it really works! Buy a nice journal and begin writing! I like to write 1 thing that I am grateful for first thing in the morning, right after I wake up, along with 1 thing that happened that day, that I am grateful for, before bed.
Plant a tree or flowers
Tell your friends, family, and loved ones how grateful you are to have them in your life and why you are grateful for them
Give back to your community: Give your time or donate money, canned food, or previously used items to those in need
Go for a walk outside and be mindful. Engage your senses. Feel the breeze on your skin, smell the aroma around you. Take a look around, what do you see? How do you feel? Be present in that moment. Enjoy it!
Give gratitude to challenging experiences.
Practice saying, “Thank you for this lesson” or “I am grateful for this experience, even if it’s difficult.” This helps you find growth and meaning in challenging situations, promoting emotional resilience and self-awareness.
Showing gratitude for what you already have will lead you to a life more fulfilled and abundant. It will bring more joy, happiness, love, peace, and prosperity into your life. What are some ways that you like to show gratitude?
I am really unconditionally grateful for my life, my community, my dog, my business, my friends and family, my health, and all of my clients and followers. It's because of YOU I get to do what I LOVE everyday!
