Tip of the Week- Extension

To maximize your workout in the best way possible keep in mind the length of your limbs. If you are taller, make sure you use the full extension of your limbs when working out so you can allow every muscle to be used. If you are shorter it is unnecessary for you to have too much extension due to your shorter limbs. Too much extension could be dangerous and you can end up getting hurt if you are not properly working out, so make sure you are always paying full attention to your extension!

Women, try these simple tips to help accentuate your body in the best way possible! If you are tall and thin try something cinched at the waist. It gives the allusion of more curves. If you are petite try something a little higher waisted. It gives the allusion of longer legs. If you have a curvier figure try adding a belt. It gives the allusion of a tinier waist and a more hour glass shape.
