Need a pep to your step? Recreating an old out dated look is as easy as 1-2-3! Take a look at what I did to my sheer top with long fringe. I went from cowgirl to edgy and funky! I made this super easy and fun by taking up the fringe 7 inches and angling it on the sides for a fun flare. I left a little peak in the middle to give a mysterious edge!
