Itās sad to say, but a common misconception of me is that some people, who donāt know my lifestyle, tell me āYouāre so lucky youāre skinny!ā Or āYouāre so lucky you can eat whatever you want!ā Let me just say first off, I hate the word skinny, as well as the word fat. And my response is always the same, āIt takes hard work, dedication, eating healthy and working out. And trust me, Iām not skinny, Iām FIT and FABULOUS!ā Yes, I do have an athletic frame with lean muscle, but I maintain it. I eat small portions every couple of hours. I eat very healthy, but I do indulge when I want to. I donāt punish myself, because I take good care of myself. I donāt normally eat a lot of sugar and I refuse to add sugar in anything (I guess you can say I am lucky to not have much of a sweet tooth).
