No need to start the day procrastinating. •Make sure to have a glass of water on your nightstand. Drinking a glass of water right when you wake up will help your body start functioning for your busy day. •Quick morning stretches either while you're still in bed or right when you get up. If you have the time for a workout, walk/run or yoga, do it, even if you have to get up a few minutes earlier. This will help give you some extra energy to last throughout the day. •Say a quick prayer or light meditation to set the tone for the day. •Write a gratitude list. •Take a few minutes for yourself and enjoy a cup of tea or coffee!
