No need to start the day procrastinating. ā¢Make sure to have a glass of water on your nightstand. Drinking a glass of water right when you wake up will help your body start functioning for your busy day. ā¢Quick morning stretches either while you're still in bed or right when you get up. If you have the time for a workout, walk/run or yoga, do it, even if you have to get up a few minutes earlier. This will help give you some extra energy to last throughout the day. ā¢Say a quick prayer or light meditation to set the tone for the day. ā¢Write a gratitude list. ā¢Take a few minutes for yourself and enjoy a cup of tea or coffee!
