The holiday's can be fun, but it can be a bit stressful at times! š«š¤Æ 3 tips to help manage the holiday stress: āØ Be mindful! Focus on your breathing (especially in tense situations). If you feel overwhelmed, take a minute to yourself and just BREATHE! āØ Stay hydrated and maintain a healthy and balanced diet. The holidays are when most of us pack on a few extra pounds. It's okay to indulge in those fabulous feasts, but in between holiday dinners and cookies, be mindful with what you eat. Remember it's all about balance! āØ Don't forget to carve out time for yourself! For me, I love to unwind with a hot bubble bath and a relaxing face mask! These are my favorite!
