What is this cool little gadget, the Himalayan Salt Inhaler?

What is Halotherapy? (AKA salt therapy) What is this cool little gadget, the Himalayan Salt Inhaler?  Natural Himalayan rock salt, containing many trace minerals such as magnesium and  calcium, fills the air while you sit back and relax. Salt is a natural sterilizer so it helps to clear out toxins, impurities and allergens as well as clears out negative energy.  Himalayan Salt helps to reduce inflammation and assists in revitalizing and  strengthening the body. It also releases negative ions which supports the production of serotonin in the body, talk about a natural mood elevator! It’s like bringing the salt cave experience right to you, in the comfort of your own home,  without  the salt  everywhere! You can choose to inhale through your nose or mouth, but just make  sure not to breathe back into the inhaler, which will cause the salt to disintegrate.  You can get this handy little Inhaler here!

For example, my top love languages are: Physical Touch Quality Time Acts of Service How can I use these for self love?  Physical Touch- I can treat myself to an acupuncture session or massage, or even administer self massage or put on my lotion with loving intention and positive affirmations Spending quality time with myself like going for a walk, spending time out in nature or reading a book Acts of service like cooking myself a nice dinner We don't need other people to show us that we are loved! The job is ours and we can really take this theory of which love la...
