Working in fashion, I have a lot of clients ask me about care for their clothing. I want to give you a couple simple tips on how to care for your clothing! If you are afraid your clothing will shrink in the wash, wash with COLD water and either shake and air dry (hang) or wash with cold water and dry on LOW heat! Need your clothes to shrink just a tad? Wash in warm water then dry on low heat. Stained your clothing? Oxi Clean spray is a great solution to lift stains right up from clothing and even your house wear (bed sheets, couches, chairs… etc.)! Don’t have oxi clean around the house? No problem! By rinsing the stained area in hot water (which open up the fibers in the fabric) simply dab on a light colored hand soap/bar soap and rub it in. Rinse with hot water and if the stain is still present, on white clothing only, you can either dab on a peroxide/water or bleach/water mix and rinse. Before throwing your clothes into the wash, get the area wet with hot water once again and rub in laundry detergent on the stain and put it in the wash! Those processes should help lift the stain and even eliminate it!

This process is believed by some to neutralize excess positive charge (free radicals) in the body, which may have antioxidant effects and promote overall health. Reduced Inflammation: Some proponents of earthing suggest that it may help reduce inflammation in the body by balancing the body's electrical systems and reducing the accumulation ...
