Summer is not the time to let your hair go (actually, it is never OK to let your hair go)! So here are a couple quick tips to keep your head on straight and your hair looking fab.
Don’t have dry shampoo for quick fixes: Easy! You can you use baby powder or flour to soak up extra oil. Just sprinkle it on or use a makeup brush over the roots for oil control.
Need to trim up the bangs: Pinking shears (used for fabric) is a great tool to use for a thinning effect to create a smoother, softer bang.
Hair is built up with products: Using Palmolive dish soap does the trick! Washing your hair with Palmolive will allow you to get a deeper clean that kicks build up to the curb. Followed by your regular conditioner, your hair will look and feel as good as new!
Get rid of green hair: Summer is the best time to have pool parties but the chlorine in the water can discolor your locks and even turn them green! By washing your hair with a can of vegetable or tomato juice you are able to cancel the green tones with the red pigments from the juice.
