If you are serious about getting healthy this 2015, nutrition is the number one key! You must start from the inside out! Eliminate sugar from your diet, as well as junk food and carbs! These things are OK in moderation, but if you do decide to eat them at any given time, make sure you use a healthier alternative, such as whole grain or whole wheat bread, pasta, etc. Make sure your diet mainly consists of protein (chicken, fish, low fat red meat) and vegetables. For snacks nuts, granola, yogurt, smoothies, etc are a great fiber and protein booster and will help kick your cravings!
