For the past month I have been on
a health tracker kick. I downloaded this awesome little app on my phone (S
Health- but you can use any health tracker) to keep a log of what I am eating each day, how much water I am drinking, my workouts, etc. You add your weight,
height, and how active you are throughout the week and it will give you amount
of calories you should be eating daily for your body, along with protein, carbs
and fats you should be consuming as well. I can honestly say that I love this app and have even learned a lot
about myself! (Example: I am usually great about drinking the appropriate
amount of water per day, but I do slack occasionally.) This helps keep me and
my habits on track! I strongly recommend this app for anyone who is trying to
live a healthier lifestyle!
