There are also many different types of Yoga to choose from. Ranging from Hatha, Restorative, Vinyasa, Power, and Yin, the list goes on and on! The best way to pick what type of yoga is right for you is by listening to your body. Some types of Yoga are more intense and have very intricate poses, while others are better for relaxing, so it's best to know which type of practice you are looking for. Yoga is a great way for us to unwind after a long day. It helps calm your mind and relax the body. It also helps you feel better overall and creates a grounding more spiritual awareness. Yoga can be a great addition to your workouts, pre and post, or could even be a substitution for your workouts. Yoga is great for strength training, burning calories, toning muscles and it helps in strengthening your respiratory system.  Dating back to ancient India, yoga has been used to initiate spiritual growth and has been practiced for over 5000 years. It is a great way to feel overall connected. It even helps balance out your Chakras and cleanse your aura to allow you to feel more grounded and spiritually awake. Yoga helps calm the mind and sharpens focus allowing you to be more alert and aware. "Prana is known as the life energy that flows through you body and Chakras, creating emotional and physical feelings and experiences. Through yoga and meditation you can expand your Chakras, increasing the flow of vital prana in your body and thereby your health."

Tap Into Cancer Energy

What is Cancer Season? As the Sun moves into the water sign of Cancer, we’re invited to slow down, soften, and return to the sanctuary of our hearts. Cancer season (June 21 – July 22) marks the beginning of summer in the Northern Hemisphere—a time of warmth, nourishment, and emotional renewal. Governed by the Moon, Cancer energy brings us home to ourselves, urging us to tend to our emotional bodies, deepen our intuition, and create safe, sacred spaces—both within and around us. As a Reiki energy healer, I see Cancer season as a powerful opportunity to reconnect with self-love, compassion and activate the healing energy of the heart. If you’ve been feeling overextended or disconnected, this season is your invitation to come back to center and hold yourself with the tenderness you so often offer others. Tap Into Cancer Energy Nurture Your Inner Child Cancer rules over childhood and our early emotional patterns. Place your hands on your heart and send  loving words to the version of y...

When we consciously work to raise our vibration, we align ourselves with the higher frequencies that attract positivity, abundance, and opportunities. Why Should You Raise Your Vibration? When it comes to manifesting your desires, your vibration plays a crucial role. The Law of Attraction states that like attracts like, meani...
