Happy New Year! The new year is a great time to set goals and intentions and leave behind things that no longer align with who you are.  It's not about resolutions, it's about making attainable, happy goals that you can reach throughout the year. A fun way to think about the year, is that it's set up into 12 months (chapters) and 365 days (pages). Each day is a new page in your life  that you can either conquer or suffer through. Life is a journey and the best thing we can do is make the most out of it.
