Resolutions

Even though the new year is a great time and opportunity to set new goals, intentions and resolutions, you can set goals at any point in the year. You can refresh and restart at any point along your journey, there is no timeframe. Resolutions are goals that you wish to accomplish, such as learning a new language, buying a new home, eating healthier, be more active or being better at controlling your emotions. Resolutions can also be goals you wish to stop that will make your life better or healthier, such as quit smoking or swapping out negative thoughts for positive ones. You have the power to accomplish anything you set your mind to. Start with small things each and everyday and remember life and your goals are not a competition and you are free to move at your own pace.
