Healthy Super Foods

Proteins such as chicken, fish, beans, and nuts help you burn more calories. Your body has to work harder in order to digest, so more calories are burned. Eating fiber and filling foods to help kick start your day such as eggs, granola and oatmeal, keep you feeling fuller longer. A glass of red wine a day has proven to be heart healthy and packed with antioxidants. Eating a salad or soup before a meal is a good way to not overdo it with high calorie and high carb meals. Substitute fruit or a fruit smoothie for a light snack as opposed to something high in sugar. This will give you more energy and no crash while keeping you healthy. Lemon water, cranberry juice, water, and vitamins all help to detox your body. Letting the harmful toxins out and leaving you healthier and your skin more radiant. Foods such as avocados, nuts, and peanut butter provide natural nutrients for your hair, skin and nails, and even to help maintain a healthy fast metabolism.

Keeping Frizz Free until Fall

By simply running a dryer sheet through your hair (yes, the one you use in the dryer!) you can bring down the frizz to the bare minimum!

Fall Jeans For YOUR Body

Bootcut and flare leg jeans are best if you are curvy and hippy. They help balance you out. Slim leg or skinny jeans are best if you are boy shape or very thin. Boyfriend or loose fitting jeans are best if you have a muscular body. Leggings and jeggings are great for every body and shape!

Tip of the Week- Flatter your Figure

If you have a nice curvy or hourglass shape, try something with a cinched waist to emphasize your figure. If you have a straight up and down or boyish figure, try something with peplum, pleating or gathering. If you are plus size, try wearing something fitted but not tight. Extra fabric can make you look bigger. If you are tall, make sure if you are wearing a cropped jacket your shirt is longer than the jacket. The shorter jacket can make you look unproportionate. If you are short, make sure you stick to short or maxi dresses. Midi dresses can give you the allusion that you are shorter than you actually are.
