October Opal and Tourmaline

Lucky October has two birthstones: the Opal and Pink Tourmaline! Each opal is very unique and can range in color. This is a stone of good luck and fortune, especially for those born in October . It has been known to bring clarity to the mind as well. Tourmaline is known to protect against negative energy and it is used to help strengthen the spirit and physical body. It is also used for creativity and it is seen as a symbol of power. Each of these stones are unique in their own way, but they do have one similarity between the two: the rainbow. The opal has a similar characteristic to a kaleidoscope, which showcases the colors of the rainbow when you look through it. Myths have stated that Tourmaline was believed to form as it passes through a rainbow as it came to the Earth's surface.

Here are a few tips and things you can start to incorporate into your morning rituals to help you have a positive, uplifting and successful day. Don't hit that snooze button! This is procrastination at its finest! No need to start the day procrastinating. Make sure to have a glass of water on your nightstand. Drinking a glass of water right when you wake up will help your body start functioning for your busy day. Quick morning stretches either while you're still in bed or right when you get up. (This is one that I need to start implementing again!) Drink fruit infused or lemon water. It

Just Jenn Style: Zen Jenn

I'm so excited to be re-releasing Just Jenn Style with an all new spin. Welcome to Just Jenn Style: Zen Jenn ! The concept for Just Jenn Style began back in 2010 after I finished college. I talked mostly about fashion and style tips, tricks and trends for men and women until 2016. I took about 2 years off to soul search, get great new content, experience life and become the best version of myself! Each day we are all working on becoming a better version of ourselves then the day before and that is exactly what Zen Jenn is all about. Zen Jenn talks about tips, experiences and positivity in a healthy, happy and holistic way. I'll talk about spirituality (think Law of Attraction), New Age and motivational practices that work for me. Hopefully one or two of them will  even work for you!
