Here is a list of awesome go to foods that you should incorporate into your diet for healthier living. Of course not everything on the list you must eat, but just live by this list for ONE week and see how you feel. You will feel healthier, more rejuvenated, more energized and just better over all. I dare you!  Breakfast- eggs, oatmeal,  yogurt, fresh fruit,  granola Lunch/Dinner- Fish,  Chicken,  Turkey,  low fat ground beef; veggies (especially leafy greens,  such as,  spinach and kale) Snacks- fruits,  veggies, smoothies, protein shakes, nuts, humus, cheese Drinks- water,  green tea (freshly brewed; amazing antioxidants), lemon water (great for detox)
