  • Reduces inflammation
  • Helps aid in muscle soreness and cramps
  • Improves digestion
  • Boosts metabolism
  • The minerals found in the salt help strengthen and rejuvenate the body
  • Proper pH balance
  • Help purify the air

There are also many different ways you can use Himalayan salt:
  • You can take a nice warm bath with Himalayan salt, which is great for detoxing, cleansing and revitalizing the body and soul.
  • Salt lamps, which help purify the air and produces negative ions which help eliminate dust, dirt, allergens, and pollutants that are released on a daily basis.
  • Even substituting it for regular table salt (it provides over 84 trace minerals) which will help aid in hormonal balance and maintaining a healthy metabolism.
My personal favorite ways of using Himalayan Salt is by taking a warm bath and soaking in the salt once to twice a week. I even mix the salt with coconut oil to make a detox scrub which I use daily. It helps to purify the skin by removing toxins and dead skin cells. I also can not live with out my Himalayan salt lamp. It removes impurities out of the air and even helps me breathe a little easier. There is nothing better than having a clean, positive and healthy space to live, work and relax!
