We all know that 8 glasses of water
a day helps maintain a healthy functioning body. But that is just the bare
minimum. The more water, the better. By doubling your water intake on a daily
basis will help to detox your body and flush out some of the sodium that has
been stored up. *Fun fact* The more sodium you take out of your body, the more
it will help you lose a few extra of those unwanted pounds!
