Summer Skin

You can bet that there are several causes for breakouts for men and women. You can also bet there are simple solutions as well. This summer have beautiful glowing skin, and avoid pesky breakouts with these simple tricks.

Makeup- Make sure you always wash your face before bed! I know, I know, I probably sound like your mother, but it’s easier said than done. Sometimes we are just so tired and say “I’ll sleep with my makeup on just this once”, and as one time becomes twenty, you are now in a terrible habit. Keep makeup wipes in your night stand for times like this!
Sweat- After an awesome workout at the gym your body feels great, but you are also sweating profusely and your pores are clogged. Throw face wipes in your gym bag for an easy way to help keep your face clean and clear.
Vacation (sudden climate change)- Vacations are always a great way to de-stress, but sometimes your skin goes through shock from the climate change. Remember to always moisturize in dry climates and wipe off access oil and sweat in humidity.
Hair Products- The build up from hair products in enough to make your skin cringe. Make sure to do a deep cleansing wash to get all the gunk out of your hair so it does not clog your pores!
Stress- This is one of the number one factors that causes break outs. By doing meditation to help calm your nerves, will also help to reduce break outs!
Using the same products religiously, switch it up!- Your skin gets use to the same products being used day in and day out which causes it to “stop working” on your skin. By using a different product you don’t allow your skin to get used to the product, so in turn, works better on targeting your skin.
Dehydration– Is another huge factor which causes your skin to break out. We all like to go out and have fun, but make sure you are taking care of your skin! Drink 8+ glasses of water a day, take natural vitamins if necessary, and moisturize!
