There are also many different types of Yoga to choose from. Ranging from Hatha, Restorative, Vinyasa, Power, and Yin, the list goes on and on! The best way to pick what type of yoga is right for you is by listening to your body. Some types of Yoga are more intense and have very intricate poses, while others are better for relaxing, so it's best to know which type of practice you are looking for. Yoga is a great way for us to unwind after a long day. It helps calm your mind and relax the body. It also helps you feel better overall and creates a grounding more spiritual awareness. Yoga can be a great addition to your workouts, pre and post, or could even be a substitution for your workouts. Yoga is great for strength training, burning calories, toning muscles and it helps in strengthening your respiratory system.  Dating back to ancient India, yoga has been used to initiate spiritual growth and has been practiced for over 5000 years. It is a great way to feel overall connected. It even helps balance out your Chakras and cleanse your aura to allow you to feel more grounded and spiritually awake. Yoga helps calm the mind and sharpens focus allowing you to be more alert and aware. "Prana is known as the life energy that flows through you body and Chakras, creating emotional and physical feelings and experiences. Through yoga and meditation you can expand your Chakras, increasing the flow of vital prana in your body and thereby your health."

Scorpio, a water sign, encourages us to get in touch with our emotions and our authentic truth. This time is seen as a period of letting go of what no longer serves us, paving the way for new beginnings.   How to Tap Into Scorpio Energy Embrace creative expression   Use the intense emotions of the season to fuel creativity by writing, making art, or expressing yourself through other creative outlets.
