Yoga is a great way for us to unwind after a long day. It helps calm your mind and relax the body. It also helps you feel better overall and creates a grounding more spiritual awareness. Yoga can be a great addition to your workouts, pre and post, or could even be a substitution for your workouts. Yoga is great for strength training, burning calories, toning muscles and it helps in strengthening your respiratory system.  Dating back to ancient India, yoga has been used to initiate spiritual growth and has been practiced for over 5000 years. It is a great way to feel overall connected. It even helps balance out your Chakras and cleanse your aura to allow you to feel more grounded and spiritually awake. Yoga helps calm the mind and sharpens focus allowing you to be more alert and aware.
