1. Earthing is a great way to ground yourself, by walking outside in the dirt, grass or sand, barefoot. The electrons create a flow of energy from the earth and travel through the body from the soles of the feet. Earthing has also been known to reduce pain in the body and help with insomnia.

5. Get out in nature! Going out on hikes or trails, beaches or parks, are all great ways to relax. Also the Vitamin D from the natural sunshine will help elevate your mood.
6. Give gratitude daily! The more gratitude you give, the more things you will get in return to be grateful for. Gratitude raises your energy vibration and allows you to attract more.
7. Doing something creative such as, writing, drawing, painting, singing or dancing are great ways to move stagnant energy and get your mind and body flowing.
8. Feeling negative emotions? Write it out! By writing out all of your negative thoughts and feelings to get it all out of your head, is a great way to release stress, anger, anxiety, depression, etc. Write a letter to whom you're upset with, or a letter to the universe, to get out your emotions- but don't reread it, just write! Let it pour out. After you're finished, either burn it in a safe area or rip it up as many times as you can. Using Sage or Palo Santo afterwards will help eliminate the negative energy. Make sure to light a candle or incense afterwards to fill the room back up with positive and restoring energy.
