The Art of Acupuncture

What is Acupuncture?

"Acupuncture is a form of alternative medicine and a key component of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) in which thin needles are inserted into the bodyAcupuncture points are believed to stimulate the central nervous system. This, in turn, releases chemicals into the muscles, spinal cord, and brain. These biochemical changes may stimulate the body's natural healing abilities and promote physical and emotional well-being. Acupuncture seeks to restore the flow of positive energy throughout your body. It also claims to remove negative energy that is causing you pain. From a modern medical perspective, acupuncture stimulates various systems of your body. This may trigger a healing response. According to the history of acupuncture, the acupuncture practice began during the Stone Age when sharp-edged tools and stones were used to puncture and drain abscesses. Acupuncture was first recorded in the ancient Chinese medical text by Huangdi Neijing, The Yellow Emperor's Classic of Internal Medicine. In traditional Chinese medicine, acupuncture is linked to the belief that disease is caused by disruptions to the flow of energy, or qi, in the body. Acupuncture stimulates points on or under the skin called acupuncture points or acupressure points, releasing this qi." Descriptions from Google

Personal Experience

I really love acupuncture. It's similar to massage by stimulating the blood flow throughout the body, but it gets deeper and is targeted to specific areas of discomfort. It has helped me with my sinus issues by allowing them to drain and with my headaches and migraines. It's very clean and safe, as they wear gloves while putting in/taking out the needles along with the needles being individually wrapped. My sessions generally last between 20/25 minutes, so in that time I am able to quiet my mind, relax and meditate. Acupuncture may not be for everyone, so I recommend consulting your doctor or chiropractor to see if this would be a good fit for you. I wouldn't recommend it if you have a fear of needles. Although it doesn't really hurt, you may feel a slight pressure in tight areas.

Become Magnetic by Raising Your Vibration

What Is a Vibration? The concept of "vibration" is a powerful and transformative idea, but what does it really mean to raise your vibration, and why is it so essential for manifesting the life you desire? At its core, vibration refers to the energetic frequency at which we operate. Everything in the universe—from physical objects to thoughts and emotions—emits a unique vibrational frequency. Our personal vibration is a combination of our thoughts, emotions, beliefs, and energy. When we consciously work to raise our vibration, we align ourselves with the higher frequencies that attract positivity, abundance, and opportunities. Why Should You Raise Your Vibration? When it comes to manifesting your desires, your vibration plays a crucial role. The Law of Attraction states that like attracts like, meani...
