Gratitude, gratitude, gratitude. The attitude of gratitude!

Giving gratitude and being grateful in not a one-time, one-day a year thing. Being grateful is an everyday of every year kind of commitment.

Here are a few simple ways you can start showing more gratitude in your everyday life-

  • Start a gratitude journal. Yes, I know I say this all the time, but it really works! Buy a nice journal and begin writing! I like to write 1 thing that I am grateful for first thing in the morning, right after I wake up, along with 1 thing that happened that day, that I am grateful for, before bed.
  • Plant a tree or flowers
  • Tell your friends, family, and loved ones how grateful you are to have them in your life and why you are grateful for them
  • Give back to your community: Give your time or donate money, canned food, or previously used items to those in need
  • Go for a walk outside and be mindful. Engage your senses. Feel the breeze on your skin, smell the aroma around you. Take a look around, what do you see? How do you feel? Be present in that moment. Enjoy it!
Showing gratitude for what you already have will lead you to a life more fulfilled and abundant. It will bring more joy, happiness, love, peace, and prosperity into your life. What are some ways that you like to show gratitude?

I am really unconditionally grateful for my life, my partner, my dog, my business, my friends and family, my health, and all of my clients and followers. It's because of YOU I get to do what I LOVE everyday!
