If you’ve been feeling overextended or disconnected, this season is your invitation to come back to center and hold yourself with the tenderness you so often offer others. Tap Into Cancer Energy Nurture Your Inner Child Cancer rules over childhood and our early emotional patterns. Place your hands on your heart and send  loving words to the version of y...

This time is seen as a period of letting go of what no longer serves us, paving the way for new beginnings.   How to Tap Into Scorpio Energy Embrace creative expression   Use the intense emotions of the season to fuel creativity by writing, making art, or expressing yourself through other creative outlets. Use rituals for release Create a ritual, such as the write and release which involves writing down anything you want to release (fear, negative thoughts, feelings, etc) and burning it in a safe space what you let go of. This symbolizes transformation and releasing old habits. Focus on personal power This season encourages you to tap into your personal power ...
