THE LAW OF ATTRACTION

Remember when we were kids, and adults would tell us we can’t always get what we want? Well, I’m sure that they would be shocked to know, that is in fact, not always the truth. The law of attraction is the belief that by focusing and manifestation, you are able to attract almost anything and everything you “want” into your life. Whether that be positive or negative, that is up to you. The universe and even our selves are made up of pure energy.

“The law of conservation of energy states that energy can neither be created nor destroyed. Energy can only be transferred or changed from one form to another.” We never create energy, we only manifest, attract and transfer it. The book and movie “The Secret”, is a great example of how Law of Attraction works.

Say there’s a new promotion at your job. You are visualizing yourself in that new position. All the amazing, positive things that you can accomplish and how you could really change your surroundings for the better. You create a vision board of pictures to manifest for your new position or even write down a list of things you are going to do once in that position. You constantly put positive energy into the new promotion, and by the end of it you are most likely going to get it, or something even better! If you put negative energy into the new job promotion saying, “oh I’ll never get it” or “I’m not good enough”, the universe is listening and will respond accordingly. The universe will think you are telling it that you do not want it and that you are not fit for the position. The universe listens and responds. You are always attracting what you are, think, feel, want and need. You get back what you put out into the universe, likes attract likes, and so forth. If you think happy thoughts you get happy results. It is that easy!

The Importance of Wellness

As a holistic practitioner, I understand the importance of wellness in maintaining a healthy and balanced life. Wellness is not only about physical health, but also about mental, emotional, spiritual and social well-being. By prioritizing physical wellness, we can improve our overall health, reduce the risk of chronic diseases, and increase our energy levels and productivity. However, mental and emotional wellness are equally important. Our mental and emotional health affects how we think, feel, and behave. It is important to take care of our mental and emotional well-being by managing stress, practicing mindfulness, and seeking support when needed. By prioritizing mental and emotional wel
